Joni R. Cahn
Joni has been a Realtor in the Prescott area for many years. She has worked hard over the years to build a thriving business through her many friends, referrals and clients. Joni specializes in residential resale properties for both buyers and sellers. Her extensive knowledge of Prescott and the surrounding area with its many outdoor activities, history and special town events helps to give her clients a more complete and educated outlook on the town they will be making their home. Joni is a native Arizonan and has lived in Prescott since 1975. Her father was in the Real Estate business as a Developer/Broker for more than 50 years throughout Arizona.
Joni’s main goal is to make sure that her clients always receive the highest level of service from the beginning of their home search/sale until closing and beyond.
Erik J. Cahn
Erik, a United States Army Vet, has been in the building industry for 40+ years. He has worked with many of the top custom builders and suppliers in Prescott AZ. After years of working for others he and a business partner opened Copper Creek Cabinets, building top of the line custom cabinets for premier homes in the Prescott area. Having a successful business was a dream that Erik realized but wanting to spend more time with his family he sold Copper Creek Cabinets and pursued a career in Real Estate with his wife Joni. In Real Estate, with his knowledge of construction he gravitated towards the inspection side of the business, and decided to become a certified home inspector. He opened Thumb Butte inspections and made it an extremely successful business. After he sold the business to his nephew in 2025, Erik came back to Real Estate and is now working full time with his wife Joni at Sands Realty!
